Had the best experience here. I came in with horrible pain that felt like a stabbing on my back and a super uncomfortable stomach. I felt listened to by every nurse I encountered, as well as each doctor, despite them being incredibly busy. This will be my new go-to ER for sure. Shout out to Nurse Kara, she managed to make me feel so much less stressed and at ease when discussing surgery, super grateful for her, (and the other physicians).

I was in Middlesex Hospital for a carotid endarterectomy. My care was amazing! The doctors, anesthesiologists and the 5th floor nurses and PCA’s were very attentive making sure I had the best care. Big shout out to the hospital and staff! Thank you!

First rate hospital and outpatient facilities from physicians, nurses, technicians, food service, maintenance to support staff. This hospital is efficient, staff has positive can do approach to patient care. Middlesex is an oasis of high quality patient centered care. I would highly recommend this hospital and its providers.

Great cafeteria! Front desk staff were kind. Check in as a visitor was easy. Beautiful gift shop. Responsive doctors.

Great hospital & staff!!! The doctors, nurses and everyone are so polite & professional. I can’t thank them enough for the care they given to my family. Also the efficiency of this staff is far above other hospitals. They get you evaluated and into a room to be seen hours faster than anywhere else. Great care! I can’t speak for others. But this hospital surpasses all my expectations. Ty

My family has been to Middlesex Hospital many times, and it’s always been a great experience. A few years ago, I was hospitalized here with pneumonia and almost died. The care I got was excellent, and I’ve trusted this hospital ever since. The staff were focused, kind, and knew exactly what they were doing. Recently, my mom had to be rushed to Middlesex after a different hospital screwed up a surgery on her. Middlesex helped her recover and fixed the problem. They took it seriously, moved fast, and treated her with real care. I’ve received better care here than at any other hospital in the state. I live in Marlborough and have also used the Middlesex Emergency Room in Marlborough, which has always been good too. My mom is now receiving hospice care at home through Middlesex Health, and she’s continuing to get great care from them. Also, the food here is really good compared to other hospitals. They have lots of different things to eat and you can order it whenever you want. Middlesex Hospital has earned my full respect. I’ll always be grateful for the way they’ve treated me and my family.

I just had my 5th procedure (over the past 4 years) at Middlesex class. today. I have to praise the entire Middlesex staff - doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, etc. Their professionalism, attention to patients needs, medical procedures, etc. are exceptional. In a time when so many enterprises provide nothing but shoddy service, the whole Middlesex Health system stands out as truly first class.

I hated being locked up but the psych ward isn't horrid! I love dr latif and all of the nurses (except one you know who you are) the OTs are awesome. Never going back again though
